Since 1983, Gilberto has accumulated experience as a teacher, consultant and trainer, in the Public Administration of Mozambique (Ministries of Education and Labour); in the private sector (MOZAL); as National Officer at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and consultant on a project funded by the World Bank (Ministry for Coordination of Environmental Action). Most recently he was an advisor to the Minister of Science and Technology, Higher and Technical Education in Mozambique. Gilberto is currently the Chairman of ANEP and Field Ready Mozambique.

He spent three years with Electro-Afa, a Portuguese electrical company as a technician; 13 years with BHP Billiton, and five years with Sasol. Mono is currently the Regional Director, West Africa for Field Ready. She is also the Founder for Centre Executive Training & Development (CETAD). Mono relocated to Ghana from the UK in 2001. Her 18 years of experience has included management consulting, training and advisory services. Mono has a special interest in promoting and advocating for women in entrepreneurship and has spearheaded training and capacity development workshops for young female entrepreneurs in business.

Elefedo (Ele) is the Country Director for Field Ready in Nigeria. She is an experienced business development and human resources professional. Ele started her career in the banking sector, working in various departments including marketing. In 2015, she moved to the oil and gas sector as a business development manager, and later in human resources. Currently, she is a Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Port Harcourt North where has served as a President, Vice President, Treasurer, and several other committees both at the club and at district Level.

Kim joined Field Ready in 2016, and helped launch the inaugural programme in Takoradi, Ghana. She has spent over 10 years working in the aviation industry, visiting over 100 countries with both commercial and private airlines, and has lived in the UK, France, Middle East and West Africa. Alongside student engagement, she supports and co-ordinates our teams in several different countries with logistics and project management.

Susanna grew up in Nigeria. Following a time working for Nestle in Switzerland, she returned to Nigeria with her husband. They subsequently moved to Zambia where Susanna worked for the United Nations Development Programme. Back in the UK, she had a career in corporate communications and investor relations for Reed Elsevier. Susanna is involved with the Heritage Education Trust, judging programmes aligned with the national curriculum, delivered by education officers at historic properties.

She has spent time as a regional sales manager in technical and industrial quality, safety solutions and experienced the sights and sounds of 21 African countries to date.

He is presently a consultant trainer in competence and occupational safety with expertise in the training and assessment of crane and forklift operators, riggers, etc. Other skill areas include HSE, applied personal skills, confined space, working at height and manual handling.

Paulo Selemane, Mozambican, has 22 years of professional experience in senior leadership positions, most of which in HR Management. He worked for ARA-Sul, National Directorate for Water Resources Management, Global Water Partnership – Southern Africa, Jhpiego (as the first HR Director) and is currently with the ILO (United Nations). He has been engaged in training, facilitation, and debate moderation. He is an Associate Trainer for Field Ready, has facilitated Wellbeing Training Sessions with Tempus Global Group and the HR Hybrid Forum.
