Since 1983, Gilberto has accumulated experience as a teacher, consultant and trainer, in the Public Administration of Mozambique (Ministries of Education and Labour); in the private sector (MOZAL); as National Officer at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and consultant on a project funded by the World Bank (Ministry for Coordination of Environmental Action). Most recently he was an advisor to the Minister of Science and Technology, Higher and Technical Education in Mozambique. Gilberto is currently the Chairman of ANEP and Field Ready Mozambique.

Ele started her career in the banking sector, working in various departments including marketing. Obinna has more than 28 years of experience as an equipment maintenance planner, consultant, certified lifting equipment inspector and trainer across organisations in Nigeria, Ghana and Cameroon. He is presently a consultant trainer in competence and occupational safety with expertise in the training and assessment of crane and forklift operators, riggers, etc. Other skill areas include HSE, applied personal skills, confined space, working at height and manual handling.
Harrison specialises in Environmental, Health Safety and Quality consulting, training, audit and advisory. He has 15 years of experience working across different sectors including mining, logistics and hospitality. He is the MD of Gibson Safety Consult Ltd. Paulo Selemane, Mozambican, has 22 years of professional experience in senior leadership positions, most of which in HR Management. He worked for ARA-Sul, National Directorate for Water Resources Management, Global Water Partnership – Southern Africa, Jhpiego (as the first HR Director) and is currently with the ILO (United Nations). He has been engaged in training, facilitation, and debate moderation.
